Anaerobic Process: You can tell its anaerobic process upon opening the bag, its unique fragrance and wine like smell would conquer your kitchen. The Bean: 没有比较，没有伤害。If you brew it with another Single Origin, natural process, huge difference. Wine like experience, without the aggressive / abrasive sensation. This is well balanced, fruity and sweet. I think I may rest the bean for another 2-3 weeks to experience heightened sweetness like my previous anaerobic processed bean.
