This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga is an Ethiopian Heirloom that is best suited to filter brew methods. Asides from its sweetness, the cup also comes with a taste of Red Fruits, Cherry, Red Apple and Chocolate. Overall, it's a very syrupy and fruity cup.
